These terms apply to the website frame.qa, operated by Frame Speciality Coffee in Doha, Qatar. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). We try to keep product details, photos and prices correct, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in an order we will contact you before going ahead. Coffee is a natural product, so taste notes and colour can vary between batches.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or the order cannot be delivered.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy and returns in our Refund policy.

Catering and meeting room bookings

Bookings made through the website follow the terms shown on the booking form at the time of booking, including prices, payment and cancellation times.

Menu and branch information

The menu, prices and opening hours shown on the website are for information and can change in the branches without notice.

Content

The Frame name, logo, drawings, photos and text on this website belong to Frame Speciality Coffee and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Frame Speciality Coffee is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Qatar.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
